Forming Your Own Investment Club
We will work with individuals who wish to have their own Investment Club or Clubs.
It cost $20,000 to start and maintain an Investment Club.
The legal documents alone would cost over $50,000, if you knew what to regulate.
The underwriting costs for each prospective client company has been over $5,000.00 for just the Evaluations.
Your Club may have several presented before a decision to fund is made.
We need one individual to build a club around. You gather the individual prospects, we present and close them for you.
You manage the club, we manage the investments. We will pay all Investors from Prime + 6% up to 40% per year returns.
We will pay you an additional 10% as the founder of the Investment Club.
That is on the total amount your club has in contracts with us.
You could be earning 50% annual returns on your personal investments in addition to the 10% fee on the total club investment.
Should you secure another individual founder for us we will refund half your cash investment to you. ($20,000.00 in refund = $10,000.00)
